What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
You will fill out your new client form and expect to hear back within 24 hours! This digital consultation will help us cut through multiple messages in your booking process. You are free to book your services by yourself! After I review your consult I can change the service you chose if needed.
The Appoinment
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early to your appointment time. Upon arrival you are free to choose a snack and a drink or you can wait until later! We will start our time with a consult and proceed with your services. Plan to talk about upkeep and at home maintenance. You are NEVER required to purchase product form me but of course it is always encouraged to proceed with my recommendations.
After Goodbye
If you feel like there is anything wrong with your hair please inform me within 24 hours of leaving. I take pride in being completely transparent with my guests. If I see an issue I will tell you. If you see an issue please allow me to fix the problem. Leaving a review is a HUGE way that you can help a small business. They are always appreciated!
