Welcome babe! My name is Ally Harl and I am a Fairfield, IL native! I am a wife and mama to two littles. I know how important it is to make time for myself while not being gone all the time. I appreciate feeling pampered, relaxed, and loved. While dainty, my salon is relaxing and offers luxury services with pampering benefits. I strive for you to leave feeling beautiful, relaxed, and recharged.  

 

I have been in the beauty industry for five years and opened Bella Gray’s in September of 2022. I always look forward to work and absolutely love the clientele that I have been blessed with. I specialize in blonding, low-maintenance color, and extensions. I love to invest my extra work hours in specializing my skills and expanding my knowledge in these niche services. On top of making women feel beautiful I hope to always serve God through the skills I have been given and to be a light to the people that sit in my chair. 

 

My goal is to provide an extraordinary service with results that are more than just mediocre. I believe in detailed work which allows for less frequent maintenance, shorter maintenance appointments, and HEALTHY beautiful hair. You will leave confident in the process and goals of your hair. I will always do my best to stay aligned with what we discuss and update you (and my notes!) if anything needs changed.

 

If I’m not working, I am with my kids and husband. We love spending time with each other and our extended families. I personally love cooking, baking, tidying up, and just being with people. Comfort, cleanliness, and health are very important to me. These qualities are reflected in the products I sell and the atmosphere I try to provide. Sweets, snacking, and coffee are some of my favorite inanimate delights in life  - which means that at your appointment you will be just a few steps away from a complimentary snack and coffee bar.
